Most of the time you won't need to — I connect directly to your bank and credit card accounts through QuickBooks. For anything else, you can securely upload files or email them directly.
It depends on your plan — Starter Ledger includes email support as needed, Growing Books includes a quarterly review call, and Full Books & Payroll includes a monthly strategy call. We can always meet more often if you'd like.
